Do you provide medical or nursing care?
No. We are a companion, coordinator and local support service — not a medical provider. We accompany, coordinate and communicate, but we do not give medical advice, decide treatment or prescribe medicine.
How will I receive updates?
After each visit we send an update within 1–2 hours via WhatsApp, with a simple factual note and photos or videos when appropriate. A weekly summary is also available.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Balkot, Suryabinayak, Bhaktapur and support families across the Kathmandu Valley. Contact us to confirm coverage for your parents’ location.
How do payments work?
We offer simple monthly plans. Payment can be made by bank transfer, eSewa or international transfer. Start with one month first — no long commitment.
