How It Works
Simple to start. Reassuring to continue.
Getting support for your parents takes just a short conversation. Here’s what to expect.
Tell us about your parents
Share who they are, where they live in Nepal, and what kind of support they need.
Agree a plan together
We agree the right service plan, schedule, communication channel and responsibilities.
We provide the support
Sarathi visits and provides the agreed help — practical tasks and genuine companionship.
You receive clear updates
After visits, families get factual updates and, when appropriate, photos and videos.
Weekly summaries
A weekly summary can include visits, non-medical observations, medicine status, wellbeing notes and upcoming needs.
